We do believe you will be thrilled with our products but we understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be or that you may need to exchange it for a different size / color.
0-60 Days from Date of Order
You may exchange your Urban Carry brand product within 60 days of the date of the order for an exchange of the product.
We have several options available to you to initiate an Exchange. You may choose from the following options:
- Return Merchandise Authorization Form: https://urbancarryholsters.com/customrma. Enter the email address for which you placed the order and follow the steps to complete the online request form. A RMA will be emailed to you along with a Return Shipping Label.

Please Note:
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is REQUIRED for all returns and exchanges. No exceptions!!!
If you prefer to return the item with your own label/postage, please be sure to ship it to the return address and ensure to PROVIDE US with the return tracking number. Failure to do so may result in processing delays.
Please keep a copy of your tracking information. It is also crucial that the RMA form is clearly included in the package, as this allows our facility team to quickly locate and process your return.
