Trouble with Website / Placing Order / PayPal / Wont' Accept PaymentUpdated a month ago

For Website Access Issues:

  • We first recommend clearing your Internet Cache and Refreshing the Website. We update our website often for security and any “older” version you may have on your history running may conflict with an updated version especially when accessing the Checkout Page.
  • Try using another Internet Browser. Our security settings are set very high to keep our customer information safe and certain Browsers may work better than others.                                      Firefox, Safari, Chrome and Opera are ideal.
  • Complete Updates to Your Computer. If your computer updates are not performed routinely your computer is more vulnerable and subject to hacking. It may also conflict, as a result, with our Security Setting and general updates to our website.
  • Non-U.S based access is restricted - International Shipping is restricted 

For Checkout Page issues:

  • Check to make sure that the BILLING information matches your Credit Card Statement information exactly. If it does not the card will decline per your Bank’s fraud settings.
  • Try using the Paypal option as payment – a Paypal account IS NOT required and you can process your credit card. Paypal has different settings and sometimes this option works.
    • Ensure that you have entered ALL OF THE REQUIRED INFORMATION, including shipping information and email address before opting for Paypal as payment option. Otherwise, if not completed the page will not be able to redirect you to Paypal. If you are seeing the error message "contact store" this indicates the required information was not properly entered on our checkout page form - please enter that information and try again.
  • If you have a separate BILLING and SHIPPING address that may be the issue… opt for the BILLING and SHIPPING to be the same and contact us with an updated Shipping address immediately following placement of your order.
  • If the card continues to decline contact your bank and let us know so we can check for any charges.

For Discount / Coupon Code / Gift Card issues:

  • Be sure and select the correct option for the type of code you are using as they cannot be used interchangeably.

Note: Authorized charges may appear even with failed attempts; however, authorized charges are not the same as completed charges and will "drop off" the account after a short time (designated by your bank).  It is similar to pay at the pump wherein a certain amount is authorized to turn on the pump and then when you have determined how much fuel the transaction is then completed for the exact amount.
