Payment Transaction Failed / Card Declined / AVS MisMatchUpdated a month ago

Our apologies that your order is not processing.  Often there is a simple, fixable explanation for why you received this error: 

  • Your BILLING information does not match the address on your credit card statement.  There is a separate location for billing and shipping information when checking out; make sure you have selected the correct option and entered the address correctly.  
  • For security, our website will time you out after so many tries.  Wait a few hours and try again or better yet, give us a call at 888-661-5579.  
  • Your card declined.  Check with your banking facility if you believe this was done in error.
