Order Status / No Order Confirmation or Tracking Information ReceivedUpdated a month ago

Order Confirmation: You should receive an Order Confirmation email with your order number immediately upon placing your order.  This will serve as your receipt of purchase.    

If you do not receive an email confirmation please: make sure you provided the correct email and check your SPAM and Junk filters for the email confirmation. 

Still having trouble?  Contact Us.  You may reach us by phone, text, email, or CHAT with us.  Please do not try placing the order again before contacting us first.  This may result in us declining your card for your protection. 

Shipment Confirmation with Tracking: You will receive a second email confirmation upon shipment of your order.  This confirmation will provide you with the carrier and tracking information for you order so you may follow it along its journey to you.  Again, if you do not receive an email with shipment confirmation please: 1) make sure you provided the correct email; 2) check your SPAM and Junk filters for the email confirmation.

We do our best to get your order shipped as soon as possible.  We have elected to utilize the most efficient fulfillment company in the world to handle our warehousing and shipping needs due to their extreme efficiency and speed of service for our customers.  With the use of fulfillment warehouses we ship around the clock 24/7 365.  When you place an order with us we begin working on it immediately.  However, there may be a slight delay a shipment confirmation email.  It does not mean we are not processing your order for shipment. With the use of fulfillment warehouses we may be moving your order between warehouses to a location closest to you before providing it to a carrier for final shipment.    

It may take up to 24 hours before USPS, FedEx, DHL or UPS update tracking information so please check back with the tracking progress periodically. While often tracking is real time it is not uncommon for an order to be delivered while tracking information has yet to relay that information.  This is especially true during the holidays.  Many of the carriers now offer services to help track your packages and provide personalized shipment options (such as where to leave a package).  We highly recommend use of these services.   

Standard Shipping - Standard Shipping option estimates a delivery time frame of 3-9 days from the date you placed your order.  Our Fulfillment Centers may take anywhere from 1-8 days to process a standard shipping order.

Fed-Ex Ground Shipping - Fed Ex currently estimates a delivery time frame of 2-7 days, not including our processing time.  Our Fulfillment Centers may take anywhere from 1-8 days to process a standard shipping order.

If we are still within the estimated delivery time no need to be alarmed!  If, however, the estimated day of delivery we originally provided has past and you are BEYOND THE ESTIMATED 10 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF YOUR ORDER please let us know and we'll track down your order.  If you have not yet reached the 10 day mark please be patient.  Delays are common and regrettably expected.
