At Urban Carry Holsters, we take great pride in making each of our holsters, belts and purses by hand and strive to make the best products available on the market today.  

If you are encountering an issue with loose stitching, a popped rivet, a broken clip, ripped leather ... whatever the issue may be please contact us so we may help resolve the issue.  If you are able, we would greatly appreciate pictures of any defect so we may address them with our leather-crafters.  

Our Warranty

Urban Carry® warrants their Urban Carry products to the original owner, to be free from manufacturing defects and material workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase. Should the riveting / stitching / hardware of the product fail during normal use** the product can be returned to Urban Carry® to be repaired free of charge.  If the product cannot be repaired, a replacement will be provided.     

***Normal Use limited to daily wear, providing that the holster is conditioned according to our directions found under Maintenance and Care. Holsters subjected to extreme abuse including but not limited to negligent discharge, using the holster in any manner or with any firearm that goes against the Liability Disclaimers voids this warranty.
