I Want to Cancel or Change My OrderUpdated a month ago

We do our best to get your order shipped as soon as possible. With the use of a fulfillment warehouse we ship around the clock 24/7 365. When you place an order with us we begin working on it immediately. Regretfully, we cannot retrieve your order for changes or cancellation once the order is placed and is processing. We do understand that this may cause some frustrations; however, we view this expediency in processing an order as a great benefit to our customers. We do indicate this on the checkout page on our website.

 



You will need to complete a full exchange or return once you receive the package. Please contact us at [email protected] for a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) form with the address to return or exchange your order.

Please note - DO NOT use the return address information on the package. This will only cause further delay in your refund / exchange (as the return address on the package is our shipping fulfillment address only for outgoing packages. They do not accept returns on our behalf). Please use the address listed on the RMA form you receive via email. Thank you.
