I Input the Wrong Address - What Now?Updated a month ago

 We know it happens on occasion that the wrong address is input into the system or that you may need to make a change to your order.  With the use of a fulfillment warehouse we may not be able to retrieve your order for changes once the order is placed. 

Please contact us by phone, text or chat as quickly as possible and we will try to catch the order before it ships.If you email us understand it may not be seen before adjustment can be made. Most orders ship same day so it is often impossible for us to make changes.  We do understand that this may cause some frustrations; however, we view this expediency in processing an order as a great benefit to our customers.  Still, we will do our best if we are able to make the changes.
