I Have Not Received my RefundUpdated a month ago
Please allow us 5 business days upon receipt on your package to issue a refund. Returns are received at a sorting facility at our fulfillment warehouse and take time to be checked in.
When issuing a refund we will email you a CREDIT MEMO reflecting the credit to your original form of payment. This is not a Bill or Invoice. This document is for your records and is simply to notify you that you that a credit or refund has been issued on your account. Note: Sometimes these emails due get hung up in the Junk or SPAM filters so be sure to check there first if you don't see it in your normal inbox.
Credit card refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear in your account; most often it is much sooner. PayPal and refunds issued via check can take up to 10 business days. We do apologize for the inconvenience.
If you have not received your refund and have confirmed we have received your package for return please contact us so we may assist you.
