How Do I Return or Exchange My Urban Carry Holsters Order?

Once a return/exchange request is approved, our team will send return instructions directly via email with a return label. If you opted-in to "VIP Checkout", your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for a refund or exchange for free! 


Please keep a copy of your tracking information.

*Important note: Breaking in the leather will not prevent you from being able to return the product - so PLEASE, WE ENCOURAGE YOU to really break in the leather for the best fit, comfort and draw possible.  It may take several days - not just an afternoon of looking at it.  You bought it for a reason... Break it in and be reminded of why - you'll be happy you did :)

We do believe you will be thrilled with our products but we understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be.  

0-30 Days from Date of Order: You may return your Urban Carry brand product within 30 days of the order date for a refund of the product. We do not accept Urban Carry returns beyond 30 days.  

31-60 Days from Date of Order: You may exchange your Urban Carry brand product once for free within 60 days of the order date. We do not accept Urban Carry exchanges beyond 60 days. 


To start a Return or Exchange, we offer the following options for your convenience:

Return Policy:

0-30 Days from Date of Order: You may return your Urban Carry branded product within 30 days of the order date for a refund of the product.

31-60 Days from Date of Order: We only accept exchanges beyond 30 days. We do not accept Urban Carry branded exchanges beyond 60 days from the date of order.

Gently Used items are NOT eligible for return.

Fine Print
*Refunds will be issued for the product(s) and any applicable taxes.
*We do not refund the cost of shipping as shipping is considered a service and non-refundable once the service has been provided.
*Refunds will be processed upon return of the product. Please keep your tracking information.
*Payment must be refunded in the same manner as payment received. It may take 7-10 business days for your credit to appear in your account (although typically it is much faster).
*No returns on gently used items.
