How Do I Return or Exchange My Order? [AI Compatible]Updated 17 hours ago

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is REQUIRED for all returns and exchanges.  No exceptions!!!    

If you elect to return the item with your own postage or label, it is REQUIRED to provide Urban Carry with the tracking number. You must ship it to our return address and ensure to PROVIDE US with the return tracking number. 

Please keep a copy of your tracking information. It is also crucial that the RMA form is clearly included in the package, as this allows our facility team to quickly locate and process your return.

*Important note: Breaking in the leather will not prevent you from being able to return the product - so PLEASE, WE ENCOURAGE YOU to really break in the leather for the best fit, comfort and draw possible.  It may take several days - not just an afternoon of looking at it.  You bought it for a reason... Break it in and be reminded of why - you'll be happy you did :)

We do believe you will be thrilled with our products but we understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be.  

0-30 Days from Date of Order: You may return your Urban Carry brand product within 30 days of the order date for a refund of the product. 

30-60 Days from Date of Order: Returns beyond 30 days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.  We do not accept Urban Carry returns beyond 60 days.  

We have several options available to you to initiate a Return or Exchange.  You may choose from the following options:

    Return Policy:

    0-30 Days from Date of Order: You may return your Urban Carry branded product within 30 days of the order date for a refund of the product.

    31-60 Days from Date of Order: Returns beyond 30 days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We do not accept Urban Carry branded returns beyond 60 days from the date of order.

    Fine Print
    *Refunds will be issued for the product(s) and any applicable taxes.
    *If you elect to return the item with your own postage or label, you are REQUIRED to provide Urban Carry Holsters with the tracking number.
    *We do not refund the cost of shipping as shipping is considered a service and non-refundable once the service has been provided.
    *Refunds will be processed upon return of the product. Please keep your tracking information.
    *Payment must be refunded in the same manner as payment received. It may take 7-10 business days for your credit to appear in your account (although typically it is much faster).
    ***If you return the product to our Fulfillment center they WILL destroy the product and we are unable to retrieve it for repurposing; they are a shipping center only. In addition, they will charge us a fee for the handling of the item which will be passed on to you.  To avoid this, please follow these directions.
