Address Change On Order - Already ShippedUpdated a month ago

FOR SHIPPED ORDERS:  In the instance your order has already been marked as shipped and you have received tracking there may be a few options available to you if it has not already delivered (per tracking). Most shipping carriers do offer a couple options:

First, many offer a Service Account specific to your address that allows you to receive notifications, updates and delivery options specific to your address. We HIGHLY recommend this service not just for delivery of your packages but to be notified of any shipment.

Second, The option to "Intercept" a package. This means that you may change the address, hold the package and so forth according to their options. Regretfully, we are not able to make these changes however as the receiver of the package you may contact the shipping carrier. If you have tracking, use the tracking information to determine which carrier we have utilized.

Please note, we often use a combo service between the carriers with USPS being the main delivery carrier. If you see that we have used DHL, Fed Ex or UPS this may be a combo service in cooperation with them and USPS and it would be best to contact USPS. We can clarify this for you.
