Package Delivered but Lost / Missing / StolenUpdated a month ago

Missing items are often found within 3 days of expected delivery.  If your order is showing delivered but you haven’t received your package yet, follow these steps: 
 
1.  Confirm your shipping address.  You should have received an email with your Order Confirmation and a second email with your tracking information when your package shipped.  Be sure and check your SPAM and Junk Filters.  Confirm the address listed on the Confirmation.      
2.  Check your mailbox or anywhere else you receive mail.  Carriers deliver differently.  Check outside other entrances of your home.  To protect packages from weather or theft the driver may have left it in another safe place which could be a front porch, garage side door, even under the grill.
3. Check with others at your address or your neighbors or any other “gatekeeper".  They may have accepted it on your behalf.  Many apartment or office complexes have packages delivered to the front office or mailroom.  
4. Check for a notice of attempted delivery.  
5. Give it a little more time.  Some carriers will scan items as delivered prior to arrival.  We suggest waiting 3 days (past the date of delivery) to account for this.  This recommendation is straight from the carriers.  
6. Contact your local post office or shipping facility - not the toll free number - but your local Office and ask for an update.  We are constantly surprised at how often this action results in a delivery of the package often a day later.       
 
If you have done all of the above and still cannot locate your package and it is showing it as delivered please contact us.  We do ask that you wait at least 72 hours past the time of delivery before contacting us.
