Orders placed through Amazon [AI Compatible]Updated 10 days ago

We understand that Amazon is convenient and quick and that there may be some confusion on who handles the order when a question arises.  To clarify, when purchasing an Order from Amazon you are purchasing the product(s) from them - not us. We only act as the supplier similar to how Glock supplies a firearm to your local dealer from whom you would make the purchase.  We act in a limited capacity with regard to the purchase.   

If the order was placed through Amazon we must abide by their strict policies.  We do realize this is not always the most convenient for you (or for us - we want to help) but those are the terms you agreed to upon purchase from Amazon. Our failure to follow their policies will result in our removal and so we do not make exceptions.  It is of course our preference to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase but we are limited on what we can do and will do what we are able to help.  We appreciate your understanding.

 

Returns: Amazon's Return Policy indicates returns must be initiated and approved by Amazon. There are no exceptions to this.  Do not attempt to return the product to us without seeking Amazon's approval; it will be rejected.  We cannot refund you as you paid Amazon, not us.  Contact Amazon to initiate a refund. 

Exchanges: Amazon's Exchange Policy states you may only exchange a product for a "like" product in another size or color, only.  No exceptions.  This means that if you purchased an OWB through Amazon we can exchange it for another of the same OWB with variations of size or color only; we cannot exchange it for another product.  Period, no exceptions.
