Both the LockLeather, Hyperion and Mavado IWB and OWB will have slight variation in the range of the muzzle position as indicated below.  This is not uncommon for a holster and does not pose an issue for functionality.    

This variance in muzzle position allows us as a manufacturer to accommodate multiple guns into one holster ultimately keeping your price down. In the event that your preference is more of an exact custom fit, then there are some really great options available to you direct from your local Leather Smith. As a reference point, we have done custom work in the past, such requests do take a great deal of time and the costs are significantly higher (often in the $150 - $275 range) for the labor and time involved. Please take this into account when deciding on preference, again the muzzle range position does not pose an issue for functionality.
