I haven't Received Tracking InformationUpdated a month ago

Rest assured the moment we received your order we begin processing it.  While you may not receive tracking information immediately we are working on your order, it is processing and will still be received within the time-frame we originally estimated when you placed the order.  

Our team reviews the orders for any discrepancies and then submits it to our Fulfillment Centers for shipping.  Depending on the shipping speed you choose at checkout it may be processed as quickly as one day or in rare cases can take a few more. We prioritize processing orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

You may not receive tracking information until it is on the delivery truck set out for delivery. This is not usual and again, does not mean we are not working on getting your order to you.  It just has to make its way through our fulfillment center first which can take time.     

Standard Shipping - Standard Shipping option estimates a delivery time frame of 3-9 days from the date you placed your order.  Our Fulfillment Centers may take anywhere from 1-8 days to process a standard shipping order.

Fed-Ex Ground Shipping - Fed Ex currently estimates a delivery time frame of 2-7 days, not including our processing time.   

If we are still within the estimated delivery time no need to be alarmed!  If, however, the estimated day of delivery we originally provided has past please let us know and we will assist appropriately.
