If you did not receive your E-Gift Card please let our support team know and we'll look into it immediately. In the meantime, be sure to check your SPAM and Junk Filters as occasionally the emails will go into there.
If you did not receive your Gift Card please email us with your name (on the order) or the recipients name and the order number if you have it. Send the information to [email protected] with the subject line: Gift Card Issue to catch our attention. Also include, if applicable:
- The old gift card code (if requesting a reactivation)
- Recipients Email Address
- Order Number from when the Gift Card was purchased
We know how important it is and we'll be sure to get back to you as quickly as we are able. We do have a a couple people dedicated only to helping with Gift Cards throughout the holidays so we will get back to you but please allow us a little time to do so.
