If you've already made a purchase and created an account at the time of your purchase (by providing a password) you can log in here.
HAVING TROUBLE ACCESSING YOUR POINTS or ACCOUNT?
First, confirm that your account was created by resetting your password using your email address. Click here to go to the Forgot My Password page. Follow the direction on the email to Forgot Your Password and wait for the email from us. **Be sure to use the email address you would have used when placing the order.** Once you receive the email follow the instructions therein to reset your password. You should now have access to your account.
If you did not create an account at the time of your purchase follow the steps above for "Forgot My Password" to see if one can be created for you.
For orders greater than a year old, in which an account was not created at the time of purchase, your information may have been archived and regretfully we cannot create a new account for you.
If they still are unable to access their account inquire what they need assistance with specifically so we may address that issue.
Please provide these options (above) first to customer and then inquire about what they need access to. If the account was archived we cannot recreate but we can provide Recoil Points and such in the form of a Coupon Code or help with most other of their requests. Some accounts were archived or are not able to be retrieved due to recent website updates but again we can still access the information they need.
