 Our sincere apologies for the issues and inconvenience. At Urban Carry we stand behind our products and warrant that our branded holsters and accessories shall remain free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 (one) year from the date of purchase (subject to proper Care and Maintenance). 

If you believe you've received a defective product, wherein the stitching came undone or a rivet popped off, we have a few options to offer for your convenience: 

  • Contact our support team at 888-661-5579 to speak with someone from our team who will help to assist you with the issue. 
  • Email us a photo of the issue to: [email protected]. If we determine that the product is defective we will provide a replacement and send you a return shipping label for the defective item.

Note: If you are missing or have lost a screw from a holster or a belt we do have replacements available. Simply let us know you need a replacement part by calling us or emailing us. We can also provide replacement rivets if the customer is comfortable riveting the leather. If not, we are happy to replace the item.     

Please note that sizing issues, fit or comfort preferences do not constitute a defective product - for those issues you may want to refer to our Refund / Exchange information.
