Can I Use a Semi-Auto & a Revolver in the Same G2 or G3 HolsterUpdated a month ago

In short with the G2, Yes.  For the G2 many revolvers and semi-automatics are compatible with the same holster.  So long as the holster is meant for that particular firearm then there shouldn't be any issues.  For example, with the G2 Lieutenant size it will fit most 3" barrel semi-automatic firearms as well as most 2" barrel revolvers.  Check with the sizing chart while ordering your holster to confirm if any of your other firearms are compatible with that particular size.

On the G3, No.  Due to the general shape and unique characteristics of the trigger guard on most revolvers we opted to create separate holsters for semis and revolvers to ensure a more secure fit. All Revolvers will require the Magnetic Retention version of the G3. Additionally all pistols mounted with a light/laser will require the magnetic retention version of the G3 as well. Check with the sizing chart while ordering your holster to confirm if any of your other firearms are compatible with that particular size.  

**If you do not have a trigger guard on your firearm do not use these or any holster not specifically designed for use in combination with these type of firearms.  Please contact the gun manufacturer for recommendations.
